The Greater 288 Partnership was founded to address a regional need for an action-oriented and unified advocacy organization focused on current and future infrastructure issues. The Partnership seeks to represent the interests of the Region to decision making bodies and funding agencies.
"Communities need to take a seat at the table to plan their future infrastructure. If they don't, they won't be happy with what they get."
- Mary E. Peters, Former United States Secretary of Transportation "We've got challenges in front of us. I believe we're up to it. But, we need public support. Your organization's support is critical for Hwy 288. I encourage (Greater 288 Partnership) to stay involved, stay enthusiastic, and demand these projects move forward."
- Ned Holmes, Texas Department of Transportation Commissioner
