PARKS, OPEN SPACE, AND CONNECTIVITY  This committee shall: Identify needs within the region for walking and bike trails, sidewalks, and other pedestrian connectivity Seek to preserve open space in the Region Identify the need for major drainage improvements in the region Work with public agencies in the Region to develop a regional parks plan Submit projects and a narrative to the Regional Transportation Committee for the RIN
