REGIONAL TRANSPORTATION PLANNING  This committee shall: Meet monthly on a day and time most convenient to the Chair and Members Keep the membership informed on major transportation infrastructure projects affecting the entire region On a yearly basis, produce its own Regional Infrastructure Needs (RIN) report.  The report shall list and prioritize major transportation projects which the Partnership may advocate for.  The Parks, Open Space, and Connectivity committee shall also contribute to the report  Major Regional Initiatives: 1. Preparedness for Evacuations 2.  S.H. 288 Corridor Improvements 3. Highway 36 Corridor Improvements 4. Freight Rail Mobility Improvements 5. Texas Medical Center Connectivity 6. Regional Commuter Rail 7. S.H. 35 Bypass 8. Light Rail
